It's Advent again, but with everything going on this year, I won't be posting daily meditations. I will be occasionally blogging about Advent, and you can see last year's daily thoughts here.

I have plans to work on articles about grieving, stewardship, and telling our stories to each other. If you have thoughts on any of these topics, or if you would like to read some rough drafts, please drop me a line.

Cancer

In early October, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Endometrial (Uterine) Cancer. I had a radical hysterectomy on October 9, and I have started chemotherapy and radiation. The doctors are pleased with the progress so far. If you'd like to follow this new story in my life, please check out my blog.

"For Readers" always has new books, and there even are a few new authors I love.

"For Writers" has a few new writing links. I'm also making it one of my new year's resolutions to read and review more books about writing.
